Hi quilting friends,
Our next meeting will be on Monday, April 21, 2025. We will meet in our regular area to tie, cut, sew, sort, and everything else we do. We hope to see you there. We will work until 2:00 then stop to ready the rooms for distribution. Please bring any finished quilts on this day, so we can distribute them on April 22, 2025
If you don’t have your fat quarter challenge completed, there is still time to choose from our many patterns and fats, Don’t be left out of the fun. Reveal day is May 7, 2025.
If you would like to help with our doll clothes project, we have 18 inch doll patterns and fabric (yes, we have lots of choices). We like to make several outfits for each doll to make them special for the little recipients. The dolls are bought by a women’s group, and we dress them. We need them for giving in December. They go to foster care children.
We have received an incredibly beautiful fabric collection from Sharon S. She brought coordinating fabrics that can be made into lovely quilts. They are currently on the cutting table as you enter our area. Please choose what you think would make a nice quilt. The selection is amazing.
We will be meeting in our workroom at KMVT on the first Wednesday and the third Monday of each month. Our times are from 10:00 AM until 3:30 PM.
Coming dates are:
Monday, April 21, 2025. Stopping at 2:00 PM
and Tuesday April 22, 2025 Distribution Day
